These are the time which try men’s souls … or kill them dead goes the saying.  There are many crashes that defy explanation but most of them are so shit-simple that when you look back on them it boggles the mind.

Don’t kid yourself.  In spite of any comments I may make there guys were almost all good pilots … a few of them even great pilots, household words in aviation circles.  And yet?  Read and heed, because if it happen to them it can happen to you … or to me.
